Yukon Nominee Program (YNP)
Yukon — PNP guide
Stream overview and official links. Criteria and intake status change—verify on the government site before you apply.
The YNP helps Yukon employers hire foreign workers when labour cannot be found locally. Most worker streams require a supported job offer and employer participation. Yukon publishes eligibility by stream, including NOC TEER and language requirements, on yukon.ca.
Streams and categories (summary)
Names and groupings follow public provincial materials. Sub-rules (NOC TEER, wages, language, job-offer format, EOI scoring) are in the official program guides—not reproduced here.
Worker streams
- Yukon Skilled Worker — employer-supported skilled employment in Yukon.
- Yukon Express Entry — employer-supported pathway linked to the federal Express Entry system when criteria are met.
- Critical Impact Worker — for semi-skilled or critical occupations as defined in Yukon policy, with employer support.
Business and community
- Yukon Business Nominee — business ownership and investment criteria.
- Yukon Community Pilot — community-specific employer-supported pathway (verify participating communities and rules on yukon.ca).
Yukon updates nominee program policy, eligible NOC lists, and processing guidance on yukon.ca. Employer compliance and community pilot availability can change—confirm current policy before applying.
